Market Report 11/27/2023

Monday’s all class cattle sale featured a light run of cows and bulls and a mix of feeder cattle.  Cull bulls were steady to higher on the top end, with a high of $1.14 per pound.  Cull cows were lower, with a top price of $.96 cents, and an average of $.70 cents per pound.  Feeder calves were mixed, though not enough of any one class of calves for a true market test.  Feeder and fat cattle futures were off considerably at the end of last week and Monday, though the board has rebounded Tuesday morning, though not completely erasing last week’s losses.  Next Monday, December 4th we’ll have a feeder special, and expect a nice run of calves, especially in the 600-700 weight range.  If you have any questions or would like to consign, please give us a call anytime, find us online at, and view the sale every Monday at
